This notice explains the limited data used by this pre-launch experience. We collect only what is needed to operate the waitlist, protect the site and understand aggregated interest.

DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller and current operator of THE INTERNET MANSION is Luigi Negro, a self-employed individual in Spain, at Calle Alhóndiga 24, 41930 Bormujos, Sevilla, Spain. The project operates under the working commercial name SUNVENTUM DIGITAL MEDIA, which is currently in formation and is not presented as a separate legal entity. WAITLIST

If you request a key, we store your email address, consent record, referral code and the campaign, post or referring source that brought you here. With your explicit signup consent, this is used to send launch and early-access information and measure campaign performance. You can withdraw that consent and ask to be removed at any time.

ANALYTICS

Optional analytics run only after you choose “Allow analytics”. They measure pseudonymous visitors, sessions, source, UTMs, aggregate country/region, new versus returning visits, CTA clicks, scroll, dwell and signup conversion. Google Analytics 4 and PostHog may receive pseudonymous event data when configured. Metricool receives page visits, the visited URL (including campaign parameters), referring page and viewport size to measure website traffic and social campaign performance. We do not send your waitlist email to these analytics providers.

LEGAL BASES

Waitlist communications and optional analytics are based on consent. Essential processing used to operate, secure and prevent abuse of the website is based on our legitimate interest in providing a safe pre-launch service. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS

Vercel, Supabase, Google Analytics 4, PostHog and Metricool may process limited data to host, secure or measure the service. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider under applicable data-protection law.

COOKIES AND SECURITY

Necessary cookies remember consent and, when required for a signup, maintain attribution. With analytics consent, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers are used. We do not store raw IP addresses or precise location. Server-side rate limits and a hidden form field reduce automated abuse.

RETENTION AND RIGHTS

Waitlist data is retained while the launch programme is active or until you request deletion. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@theinternetmansion.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
