This notice explains the limited data used by this pre-launch experience. We collect only what is needed to operate the waitlist, protect the site and understand aggregated interest.

WAITLIST

If you request a key, we store your email address, consent record, referral code and the campaign or referring source that brought you here. This is used to provide early-access information and measure campaign performance. You can ask to be removed at any time.

ANALYTICS

Optional analytics run only after you choose “Allow analytics”. They measure pseudonymous visitors, sessions, source, UTMs, aggregate country/region, new versus returning visits, CTA clicks, scroll, dwell and signup conversion. Google Analytics 4 and PostHog may receive pseudonymous event data when configured. We do not send your waitlist email to either analytics provider.

COOKIES AND SECURITY

Necessary cookies remember consent and, when required for a signup, maintain attribution. With analytics consent, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers are used. We do not store raw IP addresses or precise location. Server-side rate limits and a hidden form field reduce automated abuse.

RETENTION AND RIGHTS

Waitlist data is retained while the launch programme is active or until you request deletion. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@theinternetmansion.com.
